Dove Hunting

The secret is out!  El Campo is SE Texas' premier destination for dove hunting and WaterFowl Specialties leads the way with truly outstanding dove hunting.  From large corporate outings to father and son shoots, we can accommodate any size group.  From harvested grain, native goatweed to carefully maintained food plots, we provide some of the best dove habitat in the region. Both the early September season and the late December season offer great dove hunting opportunities.

Early Season Dove hunts typically take place close to town focusing on harvesting white wing. The newly added special white wing season at the beginning of September is the best time to come, book as early as possible, we tend to book up quickly!

The winter season usually opens before Christmas and runs into late January. By this time of year most of the white wing have moved on and we harvest mostly mourning dove.

We offer discounts for customers that would like to hunt waterfowl in the morning and dove hunt in the afternoon. September teal and dove combos are hard to beat!
